House Rules
- We ask that all Guests please take their shoes off upon entry, to help keep our Carpets Clean.
- Guests are provided 1-2 Parking Spaces on the property. We ask that you pull up close to the building/AC Units, parking Parallel with the building, and you should see the walkway to the Front Door as soon as you step out of your car! :)
- Do not hang, tack, or tape anything to the walls.
- Pets should not ever be left in the unit unattended.
- Please do not move furniture beyond pulling the couch out to convert into sleeping position. Please, use 2 people too gently pull the couch out.
- No Smoking, Vaping, or illegal Drugs of any kind. additional fee may be charged if our cleaners find any evidence of these activities in the Unit, on the balcony, or near the front door.
- No Metal Utensils used on Cookware (including Silverware), we provide silicone/wood!
- No Parties or Events of any kind.
- No Guests should enter or stay in the apartment beyond those in the original booking. (This Includes any Pets!)
- If Guests do not check out by the standard check out time of 10am without prior authorization from the Host they may be charged a late check out fee of $50/hour.
- Guests Reservations end on Check Out date and default Check out time of 10am unless agreement is made with host(s) before booking.
- Guests will be charged any cost incurred by the Manager/Owner for any damage to or items missing from the unit.
- We have One ☝️ Ring Security Camera right at the front door so we can monitor # of guests and provide our guests with some added security during their stay!
- Host reserves their right to access the unit with reasonable notice to the guest on suspicion of any damages to the unit or reasonable circumstances.
- Primary guest is responsible for conveying these rules to all guests staying with them. Primary guest is also responsible for all other guests staying with them in the unit and their actions.
- Minimum Check in Age: 18
